We recently posted about how we were supporting the Rapid Response Team (RRT) with Operation 322, which is providing assistance to people in the Ukraine and those who are seeking refuge. Their initial target was £250,000 and so far donations have surpassed £1,000,000, a staggering amount which has allowed the delivery of:
59,191 food boxes,
8,638 blankets,
24,321 infant nappies,
113,760 bottles of water,
8,638 care kits,
596 baby care kits,
2,106 torches,
22,800 snack packs,
56,301 Smarrt cookie bars,
24,738 milk sachets.
That’s 34 truckloads of essential aid already delivered and the RRT are still continuing to deliver as sadly the humanitarian crisis deepens and the number of those suffering increases daily.
