We had a fantastic time exhibiting at the Design in Mental Health Show 2025, held at Manchester Central this June. It’s the UK’s leading event focused on improving mental health environments through better design, and it brought together an inspiring mix of professionals from across the healthcare sector.
What It’s All About
The show isn’t just a trade event, it’s a real hub for ideas and innovation. With over 40 talks, seminars and live sessions in the Design & Digital Solutions Theatre, the event offered loads of insight into what’s happening in the world of mental health facility design. From new digital tools to thoughtful product design, it was great to see so much passion and progress in one place.
What We Showed
At our stand, we showcased our latest steel doorsets, designed specifically for the healthcare sector. Built for strength, safety, and simplicity, they’re ideal for settings where durability and reduced-ligature design really matter. A lot of people stopped by to learn more, and it was great to hear how our products could fit into their upcoming projects. We understand that mental health environments can be particularly demanding, which is why our doorsets are built to withstand repeated use and in some cases, intentional damage. At the show, we not only showcased our latest innovations, but also highlighted how we work closely with clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
Great Conversations
One of the best parts of the show was the people, we had some brilliant conversations with healthcare professionals, architects, and estates teams. It’s always encouraging to hear that the work we’re doing is aligned with what the sector needs: safe, practical, and well-designed solutions that genuinely help support patients and staff.
We also enjoyed exploring the rest of the exhibition and networking with industry professionals.
